Our mission is to support, care for and uplift those in our community, offering practical support, spiritual encouragement, and a loving presence. Whether it’s through affordable hair services that double as safe spaces for therapy, or helping someone get to a doctor’s appointment, BBA is here to help. We’re here to walk with the elderly, support the unwell, comfort the lonely, and glorify God through it all.

What is a Helper?

A Helper is someone who steps in with love, support, and strength — exactly where it’s needed. At BBA, our Helpers offer more than just services. They provide care and support with heart, faith, and dignity.

Here’s what a Helper does:

🔹 Provides Comfort & Companionship
– Going on walks, visiting clients, or simply being present
– Supporting someone through grief, loneliness, or recovery
– Being a friend, a listening ear, and a partner in trying new things

🔹 Advocates for the Vulnerable
– Speaking up for those who can’t speak up for themselves
– Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or big life decisions
– Helping fill out paperwork, make phone calls, or access services

🔹 Intercedes Spiritually
– Prays with and for clients
– Encourages them in their faith walk
– Helps create a space where healing, reflection, and peace can flourish

🔹 Counsels with Love
– Offers wisdom, guidance, and emotional support
– Listens without judgment
– Helps clients set goals and make healthy, empowered decisions

🔹 Strengthens for Independence
– Encourages self-belief and independence
– Offers practical help that builds confidence and capability
– Provides support during difficult transitions or health challenges

🔹 On Standby When Needed
– Available in case of emergency or urgent assistance
