Welcome to BlessedByAaliyah ("BBA"). By booking a service or purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

  • These terms apply to all transactions made through BBA, including hair services and product sales.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • By booking a service or making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Hair Services

Booking and Payment

  • A 50% retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. This can be rescheduled once without penalty. If rescheduled more than once, a new appointment must be booked.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

  • Clients have 3 days after booking to request modifications to their service. After this period, all details are final.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • If you cancel without prior notice, future appointments will no longer be accepted.

  • If you wish to cancel, you must contact us in advance to discuss rescheduling options.

Client Responsibility & Liability

  • Clients must inform us before their appointment of any allergies or sensitivities.

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or issues resulting from hair products or services.

  • Once a booking is made, you agree to these terms.

3. Online Store

Product Quality & Shipping

  • All products are hand-checked for premium quality before shipping.

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse, and standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.

  • Next-day delivery is available at an additional charge if the order is placed before 12 PM.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return, swap, or refund.

  • A 75% refund will be issued for returned items in their original condition.

  • Alternatively, customers can choose to swap their item for another product.

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund.

4. Durags & Bonnets

  • Once purchased, you agree that you are responsible for proper use and maintenance.

  • If allergic reactions occur, BBA is not liable, and returns will only be accepted for unopened, unused items within the 7-day return period.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.

  • Payment details are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

6. Final Agreement

By booking a service or purchasing a product from BBA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
